Elaine Prior-Smith

I am based in North Cornwall working from my garden studio, creating small batches of marine inspired urchins and sculptures. Each little sculpture is a unique piece of art made up of intricate patterns and  delicate textures enhanced with the use of vibrant underglaze colour and beautiful reflective glazes. I work mainly with porcelain paper clay to produce hand built sculptures using a small amount of hand held tools to make textures and patterns.
