Painting, mixed media and print
Cathy, (BA Fine Art Practices, BSc Textiles), has worked in the design industry in publishing, graphics and textiles before teaching at Arts University, Plymouth.
After many travels, returning home to Cornwall and now living in West Penwith, Cathy's work shows an individual language of bold shapes and unusual colour palettes. Inspiration comes from the interplay of elements, from landscape to still life objects. Her work is evolving, contemporary, expressive, and spontaneous. Each painting is a joy and a struggle coming from a lifetime of discernment, self-reflection and critique.

Turning off Mousehole Lane continue over the shallow ford and up a short hill. The property can be found on the left. Please note it is not a bungalow but a three story building.
The works are shown inside the house itself and not the studio.
