Impasto and impressionist paintings of all sizes drawn from the beautiful gardens of Cornwall and imagined in paint
Francesca Owen is an award winning British contemporary painter. Having studied at the prestigious Slade School of Fine Art under two scholarships and traveled world wide for inspiration, she settled in Cornwall to concentrate on painting. Work is sent worldwide wide but the very inspiration comes from the heart of Cornish gardens and Impressionist movement history. Themes of figures, colour, gardens come to life through impasto layers and love of paint. To view more work visit her website and come to see the full collection in the studio at the heritage Cornish garden with lots of other artists working there.
