Sandy Easby

Ceramics, drawing, mixed media, painting

Sandy, a former professional dancer, traded her dance shoes for a paintbrush and followed her second passion a new journey as a painter.

Sandy seamlessly incorporates the fluidity of movement and rhythm into  the canvas and inviting viewers to embark on a visual dance of their own.

As an artist Sandy allows herself to experiment with different media, constantly pushing the boundaries of her own creativity, seeking to inspire others, encouraging them to see the world through a different lens and find solace in the interplay of colours, shapes, and emotions. By bridging the gap between her experiences as a professional dancer and her profound love for painting.

Sandy is currently on the Professional Landscape course at Newlyn art school.
