Nettle Revolution is a creative initiative celebrating the versatility of nettles through sustainable art, design, and innovation. It inspires eco-conscious living by blending tradition with modern creativity. Now, we're excited to launch a new HealthCare Club promoting longevity as we work to create a Blue Zone in Cornwall. This initiative fosters a community focused on well-being, resilience, and sustainable living, furthering our mission to connect people with nature and champion a healthier, more sustainable future.
Let's encourage vitality for life!

Jane Gray - Founder of Nettle Revolution | Advocate for Natural Wellness & Sustainable Living
I am passionate about empowering people to embrace nature's healing and transformative power, with a special focus on stinging nettles. As the founder of Nettle Revolution, I aim to raise awareness of nettles' incredible health, wellness, and sustainability benefits.
My work includes:
Holistic Healing: Creating natural remedies like nettle balms and infusions supports immunity, reduces inflammation, and promotes overall well-being.
Culinary Creativity: Developing nutrient-packed recipes using nettles, from teas and infusions to soups and more, encouraging people to use nature as a source of nourishment.
Education & Advocacy: Sharing knowledge about the environmental and personal benefits of incorporating nettles into everyday life, particularly for those over 60 seeking natural self-care solutions.
Sustainability: Promoting nettle fibre as I weave beautiful organic scarves as a low-impact, eco-friendly resource that supports biodiversity while reducing reliance on synthetic products.
I aim to inspire people of all ages to reconnect with nature and integrate its wisdom into their daily lives. Through my work, I strive to make nature’s gifts, like stinging nettles, accessible and celebrated as tools for a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
