My bold and dramatic abstracted landscape paintings and painterly monotypes are inspired by the wild landscape of the South West and particularly Penwith. I am drawn to the raw and rugged beauty of my surroundings. The miles of iconic granite hedges topped by fragrant gorse, its stark wild moorland, its big skies, its raging seas, its shady wooded valleys.
I sell and exhibit my work in The Newlyn Pottery and Gallery, The Blue Bramble Gallery, St Ives, Morvah Schoolhouse Gallery, The Old Coastguard Hotel, Mousehole and The Gurnards Head Hotel, Zennor.
I am also a member of the Cornwall Craft Association exhibiting my printmaking in the Trelissick Gallery at the National Trust Garden and an Associate Member of The Penwith Society of Arts and show regularly in their Associate members Exhibitions.
