Julie Howe

I am a painter and papier-mâché artist living and working in Penryn, Cornwall.

I am never without a sketchbook constantly drawing and making notes.. Sometimes the drawings are left in the sketchbook and other times they are developed into more in-depth ideas. My work is always a journey,  sometimes with unexpected exciting results.

I work with oils, acrylics and natural pigments.. I also love and have fun working with paper-mache. 

My work has taken me on wonderful journeys, meeting many interesting people along the way as I investigate the in-between places where things are not quite as they seem.
